Northrop Grumman, Propulsion Systems, is recruiting for a Craft teams Supervisor (CTS) over SCADA to join our team at the Bacchus, Utah facility. Role description & Responsibilities: This position will be an integral part of our SCADA team, responsible for performing field service and assisting the design, start-up, and troubleshooting of Building Automation System (BAS) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) based control systems. Job duties include but are not limited to: * Perform instrument calibration.* Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of instrumentation and controls.* Assist in project startup and commissioning.* Perform loop checks.* Read and interpret wiring diagrams.* Read and interpret piping & instrumentation diagrams.* Read and interpret technical instructions and specifications.* Troubleshoot and modify existing BAS and PLC code.* Troubleshoot and modify existing HMI and SCADA applications.* The ability to lead your assigned team and to fill in and support other leaders as needed.* Communicating with customers.* Documenting work performed on service reports. Education/Experience: * Associate degree in Electronics, or related technology degree and 2 years of related experience. Non-degree candidates may be considered with 4+ additional years of related work experience.* Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems. Preference given to those with MAXIMO Maintenance Management System experience. Strong computer skills involving Microsoft office programs.* Hands On HVAC experience, instrument calibrations, Electrical and/or electronics troubleshooting skills,* Ability to read and troubleshoot using electrical/instrumentation schematics.* General experience in electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, and instrumentation.* Proficiency with hands tools, multimeters, calibration tools.* Ability to read and troubleshoot using electrical/instrumentation schematics.* Able to successfully pass the Safe Explosive Act (SEA) background check and maintain it. Preferred Qualifications: * Excellent work ethic and ambition. Positive attitude with Excellent communication Skills and customer service* Leadership experience and demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor other employees.* Ability to take ownership and respond to challenges.* Able to respond to off shift emergencies.* Ability to effectively communicate across various levels for understanding. Salary Range: $70,400 - $117,400The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
