Responsibilities: Provide counseling services to clients dealing with various mental health issues Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Medicare and private insurance Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients Stay current on best practices in counseling and therapy techniques Qualifications: Master's degree in counseling or related field State licensure as a professional counselor Experience working with diverse populations, including geriatrics, active older adults with developmental disabilities, and those in need of behavioral therapy Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation, and ICD-10 coding Joining our team offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others while advancing your career in a supportive environment.
