Pay: $45-$50 for 4 units Schedule : Part-time/Full-time Role Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and skilled COTA to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our pediatric clients. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to support the development and implementation of therapeutic interventions that enhance the physical, cognitive, and social abilities of children. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs. Aid in assessing patients' abilities and limitations through standardized and non-standardized tests. Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, the use of adaptive equipment, and strategies for daily living activities. Stay informed about best practices in occupational therapy, state and federal regulations, and professional standards of care. Maintain thorough and timely documentation of treatment sessions, patient progress, and any changes in condition. Prepare and update reports for patient evaluations, discharge planning, and team meetings.
