The role involves working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients on matters related to closing big transactions, private offerings, finance or bond finance, commercial finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Duties:Handle a variety of legal matters including closing big transactions, private offerings, finance or bond finance, commercial finance, and mergers and acquisitions.Provide counsel to clients on ongoing legal matters in these areas.Draft, negotiate, and interpret transactional agreements and documents.Convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to clients. Requirements:Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.Member of the Florida Bar in good standing or willingness to sit for the Florida Bar in the near future.5-15 years of experience in corporate securities law, with a focus on closing big transactions, private offerings, finance or bond finance, commercial finance, and mergers and acquisitions.Extensive legal and business knowledge with innovative research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Dedication to client service excellence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collegial environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skills:Ability to draft, negotiate, and interpret a variety of transactional agreements and documents.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in conveying complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
