Duties:Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate law matters to clients.Draft and review various corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.Assist clients with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate law issues.Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and other legal proceedings.Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other professionals in the corporate sector. Requirements:Portable business.Significant experience as a Corporate Law Attorney.Admission to the State Bar in New York or eligibility for admission.Strong understanding of corporate law principles and practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage complex legal matters and transactions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Education/Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar in New York or ability to become licensed.Certification in Corporate Law preferred. Skills:Proficiency in drafting and negotiating corporate agreements and documents.Knowledge of relevant corporate law software and tools.Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong business development and networking skills.
