The ideal candidate must possess excellent writing and analytical skills, a strong academic background, and be admitted to practice law in Georgia.Duties:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating finance-related agreements such as loan agreements, security documents, and financing statements.Providing legal advice on corporate finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital market transactions.Conducting thorough legal research and analysis on complex finance and banking issues.Assisting in due diligence processes and preparing related reports for clients.Collaborating effectively with partners and clients in strategy development and transaction execution.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Georgia in good standing.3-4 years of progressive experience practicing corporate law with a specialization in finance and banking transactions.Strong understanding of financial and business principles relevant to corporate finance.Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of Georgia is required.Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.Additional Information:Competitive salary and benefits package offered.Opportunity for professional growth and career development in a respected law firm in Atlanta.
