A company is looking for a Corporate Development Analyst in the Shared Services Ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Support M&A process including market analysis, due diligence, and post-close integration efforts Develop financial models, analyze earnings reports, and collaborate with business owners Contribute to revenue growth, post-close integration activities, and business understanding Required Qualifications: 1-3 years of relevant work experience Bachelor's in finance or accounting preferred; MBA or Masters degree preferred Proven academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0 Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Office products Curiosity, strategic mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
