Job Description Property Management Coordinator Pest USA is a family owned and operated growing Pest and Termite Control Company. Established in 1971, we have proudly upheld the true values of customer service and have grown into new territories and markets. Summary: The job of the Property Management Coordinator is to provide daily support to property management companies to ensure pest control services are scheduled, inspected, and invoicing is completed in a timely manner. Essential Functions: Organize workflow provided by multiple companies via emails and vendor portals. Schedule services within time constraints and resident availability. Identify conflicts in work orders and scheduling, working with companies to resolve. Give support to technicians in the field. Invoicing. Following up on yearly renewals. All other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficient use in Microsoft Office programs with emphasis on Adobe and Outlook Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment Excellent customer service skills Excellent time management skills & organizational skills Problem solving skills Pest Pac knowledge and experience in the pest control industry is a plus Ability to pass a drug screen and 7-year background check Legally able to work in the United States Physical Requirements: Must be able to meet the physical demands of a typical office environment - sitting and/or standing for long periods of time as well as possible light lifting to 20lbs on occasions. Additionally, repetitive movement of hands for long periods of time.
