Barrett Petfood is a family owned and operated premium pet food manufacturer. We are currently looking for a Cooling Room Operator . You will be responsible for the operation of the vertical cooler, and mixing ingredients to coat kibble with palatent, moving finished totes for packaging using a forklift, and sanitizing the vertical cooling room. Job Duties: Add Palatents (dry & liquid) to finished product Add color dies to product Move finished totes to warehouse and packaging departments with forklift Record and print off labels Setup and calibrate pumps for each run Follow GMP’s and safety protocols Sweep, mop and sanitize throughout the cooling room area Clean totes Job Requirements: Willing and able to lift 55lbs Mechanically inclined to operate a machine Team effort and communicates well Attention to detail Great troubleshooting skills Stand for long periods of time Pallet organization while moving finished totes Computer competency Forklift experience Required Able to bend, Stoop and reach Hours: Weekend 2nd Shift: 6pm - 6am Saturday, Sunday and 1 Swing Day during the week Compensation: $25 per hour Benefits: Company Paid Medical Affordable Dental and vision insurance Life and disability Company Match Retirement/401/K Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Free Petfood Powered by JazzHR
