Summary Responsible for creating and fulfilling financial control, including leading initiatives for financial stability and reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and executing strategic financial planning for ELITechGroup Inc. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Financial Oversight Developing and implementing robust financial control frameworks. Regularly reviewing financial performance, identifying trends, and presenting insights to key stakeholders. Building overall financial efficiency. Statutory Compliance Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of statutory requirements. Ensuring the organization's adherence to all relevant regulations. Preparing and submitting accurate statutory financial statements and reports. Quarterly and annual SOX Compliance and financial audits. Strategic Financial Planning Leading the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Collaborating with department heads to gather data for strategic financial planning. Providing strategic recommendations based on budget performance. Financial Analysis and Reporting Generating insightful financial reports for management review. Conducting in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Presenting financial information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders. Monthly, quarterly, yearend reporting. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborating with various departments to collect financial data and insights. Facilitating smooth communication with internal and external auditors during audit processes. Contributing to cross-functional projects with a financial perspective. Process Improvement Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the finance and controlling functions. Implementing streamlined procedures to enhance overall efficiency. Other Duties Completes related special projects, as required. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar controlling or financial management role. Proven track record of successfully managing month-end closing activities, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Experience in collaborating with auditors, lawyers, and other external stakeholders. In-depth understanding of Accounting Standards and regulations. Skills & Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent understanding of financial principles, regulations, and industry best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring accuracy in financial records and reporting. A proactive mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for process automation and improvement. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
