OVERVIEW DeSales University, in Center Valley, PA, is a private, coeducational, four-year liberal arts Salesian, Catholic university, under the leadership of the Oblates of Saint Francis de Sales. POSITION SUMMARY The Controller has the overall responsibility to ensure that the University's internal control systems and procedures function as intended in order to produce accurate and timely information about the University's financial operations. This position is the primary supervisory level position within the Treasurer's Office, and serves as the point of contact for the annual external audit of the University's financial statements and preparation of the University's tax return. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required Certified Public Accountant, preferably with extensive experience in the higher education and/or non-for profit industries.
