Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join the Consumer Products Practice Group in their New York or Washington, DC office. Qualified applicants for this position will have a minimum of four years of experience and expertise in regulatory counseling and enforcement regarding the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Qualified applicants must have superb legal writing skills, academic credentials, and references.The company excels at addressing the spectrum of CPSC matters — regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, and recalls – including representing clients in CPSC civil penalty investigations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that values direct client contact, professional growth, mentoring and training. Qualifications: Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently be eligible to become licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are applying. Minimum of four years of experience and expertise in regulatory counseling and enforcement regarding the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Must have superb legal writing skills, academic credentials, and references. The salary range for this position is $310,000 to $390,000 commensurate with experience.Powered by JazzHR
