** $900 dollar Sign-On Bonus: ** New hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus upon successful completion of their 30-day probationary period. Overview: As a Construction Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with project specifications. Your responsibilities will include supervising a team, managing equipment and materials, and maintaining quality and safety standards on-site. Responsibilities: - Provide on-site management and leadership, ensuring tasks are completed within budget and according to plan. - Operate heavy machinery when necessary and interpret construction drawings accurately. - Implement safety protocols and ensure the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). - Proficient in concrete finishing methods and develop daily execution plans for each job. - Document job progress through photographs and manage employee skill development. - Maintain necessary paperwork and documentation, including progress reports and achievement milestones. - Communicate effectively with customers, crews, and leadership, and adhere to project schedules and industry regulations. Job Requirements: - High School diploma or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Foreman or strong civil background. - Valid driver's license and ability to travel and work outside normal business hours. - Working knowledge of hand tools, heavy machinery, and underground marking. Travel Requirements: Local, out-of-area and extended travel may be required, up to 95%.
