Construction Bookkeeper with AIA Billing and Sage300/Timberline SoftwareLocation: Dallas, TXJob Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Bookkeeper with expertise in AIA billing and Sage300/Timberline software to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and proper record-keeping.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit AIA billing documents for all construction projects Process and track accounts payable and receivable for each project Monitor project budgets and financial performance Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions Prepare and submit timely payroll reports Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate billing and financial reporting Provide support to auditors during financial audits Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in construction bookkeeping with AIA billing and Sage300/Timberline software Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is preferred If you have a strong background in construction bookkeeping with AIA billing and Sage300/Timberline software, and are looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for this position.
