Project Coordinator Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We are looking to add a Concierge Retail Service Representative to our team in Ft Myers, Florida! Please note: the work schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday with flexible hours including: 7:30am-4pm. IN OFFICE. Not remote/ hybrid. Renewal by Andersen is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customer's experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team?PURPOSE: The Concierge Retail Service Representative role will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. The Concierge RSR will provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner.RESPONSIBILITIES: Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner Create and maintain homeowners job file Schedule homeowners technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls Work with Retail Service Representatives and scheduling teams to move the homeowners job through the process Work with Sales Representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress Send out the post installation phone call and survey Resolve any post installation situations QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ years customer service experience Solid and accurate data entry skills Strong communication and time management skills Competency in Microsoft Office software High attention to detail and organization abilities Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks CULTURE AND BENEFITS: Our vision is to make the world a better place by living up to the promise that everyone benefits from their association with Andersen.
