Sentara Healthcare is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as aCompensation Consultant Corporate (Temporary)Position Status: Temporary, Flexipool position, assignment up to 12 monthsPosition Location: This position is Remote. Applicants must be residents of the states listed belowStandard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).Position Summary: Implements and executes salary program and policies involving research,analyses, development of modifications to compensation and benefits programs to meet organization objectives and needs. Support the VP, Total Rewards and Compensation leadership in the design, budgeting, implementation, and reporting of compensation practices and policies of Sentara Healthcare.
