We are currently recruiting for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst. Overview We are seeking a game changer - a data guru, spreadsheet-loving, creative thinking, fact-based analyst. Someone who can dive deep and provide reliable information to help make the best possible decisions for our business and employees. This is a great opportunity for a multi-faceted highly analytical professional who is looking for an opportunity to make an impact in a diverse, fast-paced business environment. Play a significant role in the design, development, and administration of base and variable compensation, benefits, and other components of total rewards. This role will report to the Director, Compensation and Benefits located in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Proven body of knowledge in compensation/rewards and benefits principles, best practices, legal and regulatory requirements Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of compensation and rewards programs and infrastructure Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of global benefits programs and infrastructure Supports the administration of the annual merit increase and bonus cycles from communication to training to modelling, monitoring and finalizing cycles Support analysis, design, development and management of variable incentive and equity compensation programs Support analysis, design, development and management of global benefits Administer the US Benefits, including open enrollment Assists with auditing data in HRIS for data accuracy Participates in compensation surveys, conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends Develop or improve policies, guidelines and tools for compensation and benefits programs and serve as subject matter expert for development and delivery of communication and training for compensation, benefits, and rewards programs Audit and reconcile benefits bill to employee selections Collaborates with HR team and internal stakeholders across the organization to identify and resolve compensation- and benefit-related issues and inquiries Collaborates with HR team on developing, reviewing and/or revising job descriptions Builds ad-hoc reports and runs reports. Organizes data (primarily in MS Excel) in a meaningful way. Assists with HRIS configuration Assists with managing vendor interfaces and troubleshooting issues Supports HR initiatives by researching and analyzing data or by participating in projects Responsible for maintaining the calendar of applicable Compensation & Rewards programs, initiatives compliance and reporting requirements, etc. and ensure that activities are scheduled and delivered based upon internally developed timelines and legal and contractual requirements Responsible for maintaining the calendar of applicable Benefits programs, initiatives compliance and reporting requirements, etc. and ensure that activities are scheduled and delivered based upon internally developed timelines and legal and contractual requirements Contribute to knowledge transfer and skill development in Compensation, Rewards, and Benefits to HR team members Keeps apprised of federal, state, local laws and regulations to ensure compliance Maintain current knowledge on compensation, benefits, and laws and regulations, tools, theories, and practical applications Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct Collaborate with the HRIS Manager to develop infrastructure in our Workday platform to maximize efficiencies leveraging technology and approach to job codes, job families, leveling, and other components in the management and administration of programs Develop and maintain job profiles and applicable leveling/attributes, program participation, conduct Job evaluations, FLSA review etc. Conduct analysis for various initiatives, investigations, and other business needs related to compensation, benefits and other rewards Key Characteristics, Competencies and Skills Humility : Is comfortable in own skin and wants credit to go to the team for business achievements.
