We live and breathe by the mission and values of our company. About the role:The Community Manager is the operational integrator of your market. They are a leader helping all their staff rise to success. Starting with leading by example in the field and building the location from nothing to serving tens of thousands of people while providing hundreds of impactful jobs for the next generation.You Will Be Responsible For:Scorecard Management - Anything that is red, make it green to hit our goals. Aid in troubleshooting with the responsible team member. Ex. Conversion rate - working with the lead NSA to improve the processLMA of All Staff - Leading and holding your team accountable to hit their goals and complete their to-dosField Success - Working jobs with your early team to be sure Neighbors are happy and Locals are well-trained. Visiting all first-time customersTraining New Staff - Onboarding and supporting new staff as they onboard into the organization unless they have a dedicated manager. Field Management - Optimizing operations in the field to be sure jobs are running smoothly.
