With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. - - - - As a -Commissions Associate, you will be part of a growing team dedicated to the support of Alera's Wealth Services, Insurance, and Retirement Plan Services divisions. Troubleshoot and research compensation inquiries for Financial Advisors Facilitate updates and changes in Xtiva (Sales Performance and Incentive Compensation Tool) such as building new compensation splits and updating advisor payout percentages Document management activities including retrieval and processing of 401(k) and Insurance statements as well as uploading documentation to our archive database Participate in payroll closure and reporting Monitor incoming mail for compensation checks and process accordingly Processing of checks and invoices for Financial Planning clients Pull ACH bank transactions Contribute to additional support activities as needed Undergraduate college degree required 3 or more years of relevant, hands-on experience in a commission processing role, supporting advisors in the Wealth Management and/or Retirement Plan Services fields Proficiency with Xtiva or other leading fee and commission billing software required - Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more. - -We're an -equal-opportunity employer.
