We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing commercial real estate team. This position requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side of the commercial real estate business. This position is commission only but you will get a steady flow of lead opportunities from our top residential agents and teams. With commission comes unlimited income growth plus you’ll be backed every step of the way by continuous mentoring and coaching. Responsibilities: • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements• Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data• Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal• Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients• Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential• Commercial Lead generation• Commercial lead follow-up• CRM and database mastery• Follow the plan• Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals Qualifications: • Skilled in industry practices and lease language• Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising• Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Independent and self motivated• A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Must live within daily driving distance of the office• Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $85,000 - $135,000 at plan commissions About Company: Opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
