The ideal candidate should have a strong background in class action and antitrust matters, demonstrating a history of handling all phases of complex commercial litigation. The position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities, and prior law firm experience. Duties:Handling class action and antitrust matters.Managing all phases of complex commercial litigation.Conducting fact investigation.Conducting legal research.Drafting discovery and preparing pleadings.Taking and defending depositions.Participating in mediations.Communicating with opposing counsel and clients.Appearing in court for motions, pre-hearing proceedings, and trial. Requirements:3-6 years of experience in commercial litigation.Prior law firm experience (preferred).Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.Admission to the Minnesota Bar.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Civil litigation case management experience. Skills:Proficiency in handling class action and antitrust matters.Strong civil litigation case management skills.Exceptional legal research and writing abilities.Effective communication with opposing counsel and clients.Trial experience.
