Key Responsibilities: Manage and renew a portfolio of commercial customers Drive product adoption and engagement through proactive customer interaction Serve as a project manager for customer implementations Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in customer success, enablement, program support, or account management Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Experience managing customer needs and aligning them with products/services Familiarity with the InMoment product suite and customer experience needs Experience collaborating across multiple departments including customer success, product, sales, and technical support
