CNC Set-Up Technician Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Set-Up Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and operating CNC machines, as well as a thorough understanding of CNC programming. Responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specifications- Create and edit CNC programs as needed- Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process- Train and mentor other team members on best practices for CNC machine operation- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and qualityRequirements:- Experience with CNC Milling and CNC Turning- Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings- Knowledge of G-code programming language- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to work flexible hours as neededIf you have a passion for precision machining and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
