JOB SUMMARY Our shift is from 7AM to 3:30PM Monday through Friday, with the option for overtime during the week and on Saturdays. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Measure, examine, or test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments, such as micrometers.- Notifies machine set-up/adjuster if more complex tool or machine adjustments are required.- Uses simple measurement instruments to check work.- Performs simple routine maintenance and cleaning.- Disposes of scrap or waste material in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCENo education required.HS diploma or GED preferred.Less than 1 year of experience.Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
