Position Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. CNAs are integral to providing direct patient care and support within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of our patients and will work collaboratively with our nursing and medical staff. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Assist patients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Vital Signs Monitoring: Record and report vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, and respiration rate. Mobility Assistance: Help patients move safely from beds, wheelchairs, and stretchers using appropriate techniques and equipment. Patient Monitoring: Observe patients for changes in condition or behavior and report any concerns to nursing staff promptly. Support Services: Provide support to nursing staff as needed, including responding to patient calls, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation according to established procedures. Comfort Care: Offer emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and caring environment. Safety Protocols: Adhere to infection control protocols, HIPAA regulations, and safety policies to ensure the wellbeing of patients and staff. Qualifications: Certification: Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required or PCA certification. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial but not required. Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move patients and equipment, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
