This role involves providing legal support for balance sheet financing and asset management of CMBS loans.Duties:Provide legal guidance and support for commercial real estate finance transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents related to CMBS and balance sheet loans.Assist in the servicing and asset management of CMBS loans, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Work closely with lenders, investors, and financial institutions to structure and manage real estate finance deals.Conduct legal research and provide written and verbal advice on complex commercial real estate finance matters.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of legal services across multiple markets.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, specifically within CMBS lending and servicing.Demonstrated ability to handle balance sheet financing and asset management of CMBS loans.Strong academic background and excellent legal research and writing skills.Solid understanding of commercial real estate finance structures, legal principles, and regulatory frameworks.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active State Bar membership in good standing.Certifications:Admission to OH Bar.Skills:Proficient in drafting and negotiating complex financial documents.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Effective collaboration and teamwork abilities.Job Location:West Chester, OHBenefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.Life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage.Generous 401(k) retirement plan with firm contributions.Paid parental leave and flexible work arrangements.Wellness programs, including Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).Paid vacation and sick time.
