We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to support our SAMHSA client. Duties and responsibilities include: Overseeing and managing and maintaining our organization's cloud architecture. Work closely with CTO, CISO and IT Infrastructure to monitor the Client's cloud privacy. Collaborate closely with IT Infrastructure team, System Owners to advance in enhancement of cloud infrastructure, security and optimize its performance. Responsible for developing architecture products including technical architecture, business architecture, strategic planning, and business process design. Participates in high-level enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development. Responsible for migrating systems to a cloud architecture from disparate platforms and utilizing a wide range of tools to implement / re-implement systems in a cloud architecture. Analyze and provide guidance to the Client leadership in the development and implementation of innovative cloud solutions that support our business objectives. Develop cloud system strategy and infrastructure design to support the strategy. Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner. Design end to end application and data security. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work closely with team members and stakeholders to establish and document requirements to complete implementation and configuration tasks. Develop or maintain detailed installation and configuration documentation, SOPs, or best practice documentation. Ability to operate and effectively communicate while under pressure; as well as the ability to manage a diverse workload and work under time constraints. Excellent communication (oral and written), collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Required Qualifications : 5+ years' experience in hands-on Cloud development/implementation/solutioning roles preferably in Federal Consulting. Minimum of 2+ years working with cloud environment/architecture/Cloud Architect. Hands on experience transforming connectivity to AWS and Azure. Possess an understanding of Digital Engineering principles including Model Based System Engineering and DevOps/DevSecOps pipelines. Deep technical knowledge of the IT Development stack and DEVOPS Pipeline for key production systems running on the client infrastructure. Experience with Agile Development Methodologies Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to decompose, document, and communicate architecture rationale, approach, design and governance. Security + Certification, AWS Solutions Architect Certification. Desired Qualifications: AWS DevOps Certification, AWS Developer Certification, AWS Solutions Architect Certification, or CISSP preferred. Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree preferred.
