The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing program supervision to licensed therapists, case managers, and other staff as assigned in our Outpatient Department. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee and manage the day-to-day functioning of therapeutic services including clinical, staff, and programmatic issues pertaining to the operation of the program. Foster an environment where direct reports are routinely achieving productivity requirements. Ensure clinical services provided to clients are of high quality and are delivered in an ethical and respectful manner. Responsible for evaluating staff performance and addressing any performance issues in collaboration with the Regional Director. Provide regularly scheduled administrative, clinical, and reflective supervision individually and/or in a group setting. Assess and implement appropriate levels of care that assist each client with recovery, educating staff and teams of its definition and structure. Review referral documentation and consult with referral teams to determine each client's appropriateness for services, level of care and plan for transition that assists each client with recovery. Provide clinical consultation to the team for the development of treatment plans; offer corrective feedback, sign service plans, transitions plans and DAF's as warranted. Participate in co-therapy and direct services with clients when clinically indicated. Participate in treatment meetings and court hearings as necessary. Provide financial oversight including, but not limited to, completion of payroll and mileage to ensure submission by required deadlines. Assess, develop, and implement systems to balance the fiscal goals of the agency with client needs. Assist with staff training related to clinical and supervision issues. Maintain professional objectivity and self-discipline in conducting job responsibilities, ensuring each youth's needs remain the primary focus. Oversee the collection of all program evaluation and quality assurance tools and their appropriate implementation for therapy clients served. What You Bring To The Table Must have at a minimum of a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling; Independent license (LISW or LPCC) or close to completion of independent license (within 3 months), must be and remain in good standing with their professional board A minimum of five years clinical or care management experience with at-risk children preferred. Criminal background check; CPR/First Aid training; valid driver's license, clean driving record and drug screen; proof of current auto insurance. Must have demonstrated the ability to work independently and as a team player; be strongly committed to the goals of NewPath formerly St. Joseph Orphanage; must have good written and verbal skills, be well organized; able to work flexible hours.
