Your Key Responsibilities You will provide clinical supervision to ABA Academy’s Senior Therapists and Instructor Therapists while delivering community- and home-based ABA therapy services and programs. Your role includes: Supervising and overseeing the development and facilitation of ABA programs for children with ASD and developmental exceptionalities in one-to-one and group settings through direct and indirect services. Evaluating and monitoring the implementation of client-specific intervention programming to ensure high-quality and consistent IBI/ABA programs in one-to-one or group settings. Leading, managing, training, and supporting ABA Academy’s team of Senior Therapists and Instructor Therapists on all aspects of their roles and responsibilities. Reviewing and approving Behavior Plans, Behavior Support Plans, and Behavior backssments for each child and family outlining goals. Visiting each client on your caseload monthly to ensure client programming aligns with the needs-based model.
