A company is looking for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to improve healthcare for older Americans through a cross-functional role. Key Responsibilities Develop and update utilization management (UM) policies and position statements Consult on claims review, provider dispute resolution, and quality of care reviews Educate the UM team on quality assurance, risk management issues, and InterQual tools Required Qualifications Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse At least 3 years of experience in utilization management at a health plan Provider clinical experience Certified InterQual Trainer
