Our mission is to provide top-notch talent to our clients and help them deliver quality patient care.Job Summary:We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to oversee our client's OB and NICU departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in obstetrics and neonatal care, as well as proven leadership abilities. The Clinical Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the OB and NICU departments, ensuring quality patient care, and promoting a positive work environment for staff.Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction to the OB and NICU departments, including setting goals, developing policies and procedures, and monitoring performance.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to obstetrics and neonatal care.- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and make necessary changes to improve quality of care.- Oversee staffing and scheduling for the OB and NICU departments, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff, as well as identify and address any performance issues.- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and other healthcare providers to facilitate coordinated care for patients.- Participate in budget planning and management for the OB and NICU departments.- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in obstetrics and neonatal care, and implement changes as needed.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.- Current and valid RN license.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in obstetrics and neonatal care.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.- Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards for obstetrics and neonatal care.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and develop staff.- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Experience with budget planning and management.- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.Our client offers competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
