A company is looking for a Client Engagement Manager for remote work in the US. Key Responsibilities: Leading client-specific implementation proposals and engaging with SMEs for optimal solutions Achieving annual sales quotas and maintaining sales pipeline within existing client accounts Retaining and nurturing relationships post-engagement to ensure ongoing opportunities are realized Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, healthcare, or related field Ten years in engagement management and/or client success with a software or service provider Experience in technology implementation and migration projects within the life sciences industry Proficiency in CRM solutions and knowledge of project management methodologies Must reside in the United States with full authorization to work in the country
