Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless care delivery. Qualifications: Billingual High School Diploma Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred). Experience in healthcare, homecare, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
