Our team is dedicated to excellence and passionate about promoting meaningful causes.We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Associate. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support. As a Client Associate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and campaigns are executed successfully Assist in developing and implementing client campaigns, including event planning, marketing strategies, and promotional activities Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities Provide administrative support to the client services team, including preparing reports and scheduling meetings Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new strategies and ideas for client engagement Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Prior experience in client services, account management, or customer service is an advantage Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional client service What We Offer: Comprehensive training and ongoing support Opportunities for career growth and advancement A supportive and collaborative work environment Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Hands-on experience in client services and event marketing Powered by JazzHR
