<p>This is a temporary contract opportunity with The Cigna Group through Magnit, an enterprise third-party vendor for contingent work. </p><p><strong>Schedule Notes:</strong></p><ul><li>Work Schedule: 8am-5pm per workers time zone</li><li>All candidates will need to start 07/15/2024</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process end- to -end broker commission documents.</li><li>Communicate information regarding the renewal experience to include downstream risks and notifications for confirmed and pending renewing clients.</li><li>Maintain tracking and reporting of status and deliverables associated with assigned work product</li><li>Demonstrate professional interaction with internal partners on delivery of information, transaction and processes related to “In Good Order” (IGO) status for successful implementation</li><li>Perform work within standard operating procedures related to the Commissions process ensuring compliance and timeliness in alignment with quality and production expectations</li><li>Utilize multiple web-based knowledge resources to review and confirm accurate client, broker, product and payments, as well as meeting Cigna Legal and Compliance Standards</li><li>SFDC audits/updates based on opportunity received</li><li>Support interpretation of renewal, presale or broker of records change requests to ensure compliance needs are met.</li><li>Provide final and error free commission documents and related paperwork to external matrix partners for review and signature, as well as internal matrix partners for processing.</li><li>Participate in root cause analysis of issues related to broker payments with matrix partners.</li><li>Participate in projects related to optional services including application development and other product/process related initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>Top Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to pivot focus based on volume, professional communication skills (verbal and written)</li><li>Ability to work independently but also reach out for assistance when needed as things can change quite often in the healthcare industry</li><li>Communication </li><li>Different Business Partner </li><li>Reading/Interpreting Benefit Language </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Experience: </strong></p><ul><li> Administrative and/or operations background. At least 3 years of experience preferred. </li><li>Previous sales operations or benefit service experience preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and demonstrated experience in delivering high quality work</li><li>Audit and/or Quality Assurance experience a <em>plus</em></li><li>Knowledge of systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, SFDC applications.</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li><li>General knowledge of insurance products, procedures and systems for the sales operations/sales support functional area is desired</li><li>Prior experience working with matrix partners and external customers is preferred</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma /GED with 5 years of Benefits/contracting experience.</li><li>Associates/Bachelor in a related field preferred with at least 1 year of experience.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation) </strong></p><p>The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $18.10/hour-$24.14/hour </p><p>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)</p>
