Job Summary: The Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts. This is an in-office role, requiring a client-centric professional with proven experience in the custom merchandise industry, a strong understanding of premium client expectations, and the ability to align client needs with our unique swag solutions. The Account Manager will also ensure seamless project progression from initiation to final delivery, prioritizing exceptional customer service at every stage. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their satisfaction and aligning solutions with their brand identity. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the luxury, corporate, and retail spaces. Negotiate contracts, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client loyalty. Project Management from Start to Finish: Take ownership of client projects from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution at each stage. Coordinate with internal teams, including design and production, to meet client specifications and uphold quality standards. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, proactively addressing any issues to keep the project on track. Provide clients with regular updates throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and responsiveness to any questions or changes. Sales Strategy Execution: Execute tailored sales strategies within assigned accounts to drive growth. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, presenting new solutions that add value to clients. Market Awareness and Competitive Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs within the custom apparel and swag markets. Gather client feedback and market insights to help position the agency as the go-to provider for custom merchandise solutions. Reporting and Data Analysis: Track and analyze account performance metrics, using data to recommend areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on client account performance, including insights and recommendations for growth. Key Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within the merchandising, swag, or fashion industry, with a strong track record of managing high-end client relationships. We are looking for some with some past apparel experience. Client-Centric Approach: Skilled at working with luxury and high-end brands, with a focus on delivering customized, high-quality solutions. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic sales initiatives within client accounts. Project Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery. Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively; adept at contract negotiation. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the custom apparel and swag space, including trends and client expectations. Results-Oriented: Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools; capable of leveraging data to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.
