The University of Iowa Health Care department of Food and Nutrition Services is seeking a Clerk III to be the primary person that greets visitors and staff in the Food and Nutrition Services main office. Other Duties: * Answer questions and direct visitors of the main office * Take catering reservations, assist customers with orders, answer phone calls and emails * Routinely interact with other classifications of the hospital * Communicate with staff and other units/departments on a regular basis to promote effective and efficient operations within the department * Communicate with patients, families, and staff to address and resolve issues. .
