Maintains current data for Performance Improvement studies.The ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice are exemplified within this Job Description.The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the Nursing Process to provide nursing care for the patient throughout their life span.Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the patient/customer’s status.Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department.Education and/or ExperienceMust have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.Nursing experience is preferred.Licensure/Certification/RegistrationCurrent license from the State of South Dakota Board of Nursing.Current CPR certified is required.ACLS (advanced Cardiac Life Support) is preferred.Work ScheduleDay Shift; 48 hours every 2 weeksMonday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm PayThe hourly range for this position is listed below.
