We provide competitive compensation ranging from $26.00 to $31.00 per hour, contingent upon your experience and education. Additionally, we offer a generous $3,000 sign-on bonus. This bonus is disbursed in two installments: $2,250 after 90 days of employment and an additional $750 following six months of dedicated service. Furthermore, bonuses are prorated for employees in select regularly scheduled positions of twenty hours a week or more, regardless of whether their schedule totals less than 40 hours per week . REQUIREMENTS Valid driver's license Associate's degree in social work, health, human services, education, psychology, or related field OR 2 years of equivalent college experience plus 18 months of human service experience with children and/or adolescents, and 12 months of supervisory experience in any field High School diploma with 3+ years of human service experience, particularly with children and/or adolescents, and 18 months of supervisory experience in any field (preferred) AN AVERAGE DAY As a Children's Program House Manager, your role is to oversee and coordinate activities within a therapeutic environment that promotes the students' physical, emotional, and behavioral well-being. You serve as a positive role model, assisting them in developing adaptive life skills. Your duties involve on-site management of the assigned residence, ensuring quality assurance, conducting staff training and development sessions, and handling personnel scheduling.
