Position: Childcare Admin Associate - Pittsfield MAHours: Part-time, 12pm- 5:30pm M-FResponsibilities':- Provide administrative support to the childcare center staff, including but not limited to filing, organizing paperwork, answering phones, and responding to parent inquiries.- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments for children and families.- Maintain accurate records of attendance, payments, and other important information.- Assist with planning and coordinating childcare activities and events.- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall success of the childcare center.- Keep the childcare center clean, organized, and welcoming for children and families.- Assist with other duties and responsibilities as needed.Administer childcare food program including ordering, receiving, distributing, inventorying and recordkeeping. Qualifications:- High School diploma or equivalent.- Previous experience working in a childcare center or similar setting preferred.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Ability to work well in a team environment.- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.- Must be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting.This position offers the opportunity to work in a fun and rewarding environment, supporting the growth and development of young children.
