Join the Fun at Kids Connection! At Kids Connection , part of St. Francis Area Schools' Community Education, we’re all about making every day an adventure for kids! Our program offers a variety of exciting activities like gym time, outdoor play, arts and crafts, science experiments, fun with language arts and math, group games, and more. It's a place where kids not only have fun but also make friends and grow in a safe, welcoming environment.Our awesome Kids Connection Child Care Staff provide before and after school care for kids aged 3 years through 5th grade. You’ll be their guide, making sure everyone is safe, happy, and having a blast! You’ll get to lead cool activities, whether it's a high-energy game in the gym or a creative craft project in the classroom. Plus, we offer flexible morning and afternoon shifts, with chances to work on non-school days and during summer for even more fun! Your Role Will Include: Leading and supervising fun gym, outdoor, and classroom activities Helping plan and set up creative recreational and educational programs Encouraging positive behavior, teamwork, and social interaction Keeping everyone safe and administering basic first aid when needed Prepping materials for daily activities and helping things run smoothly Jumping in to assist with other duties as needed Qualifications: Experience working with kids (preferred) Great communication and people skills – with both kids and adults CPR and First Aid certification (or a willingness to get certified) Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check Salary and Benefits: $16.67 per hour, plus an extra $0.50 per hour for split shift 5 paid floating holidays 15 sick days Locations & Shift Times: Cedar Creek Elementary : 6:30/6:45 AM – 9:15 AM East Bethel Elementary : 6:30 AM – 9:15 AM, 3:15 PM – 4:30/5:30/6:00 PM St. Francis Elementary : 6:30 AM – 9:15 AM, 3:15 PM – 4:30/5:30/6:00 PM If you are enthusiastic, flexible, and passionate about working with children and believe you have the qualities we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
