A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to CEO. Key Responsibilities: Respond to the day-to-day needs of the CEO and eStaff, including preparing presentations, attending meetings, and processing documentation Drive mission and strategic priorities forward by assisting leaders in defining focus and aligning time to achieve desired outcomes Act as a trusted advisor to eStaff, lead annual planning process, and provide financial, strategic, and operational analysis Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of professional working experience Demonstrated experience as a management consultant Proven quantitative finance skills with strong financial modeling and Excel proficiency Experience navigating leaders at all levels and managing communications and conflict High professional and personal commitment to the organization's mission and strategic priorities
