Seeking a Chief Financial Officer to work full time at our San Diego, CA headquarters. Annual Salary Range: $130,000 - $200,000. LendSure Mortgage Corp. is looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team at our San Diego headquarters. As the CFO, you will shape the financial strategy and ensure the efficient and compliant operation of our wholesale mortgage lending business. We are a growing company and looking for a CFO to grow with us. The Company has experienced senior financial personnel with extensive mortgage experience, including an Ex Partner and Manager from National Public Accounting Firms, so this position is well suited for a Senior accountant looking to grow with a growing company. Duties and Responsibilities This position is on site at the San Diego location. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities. Financial Leadership: Align financial strategy with corporate goals and growth plans. Financial Planning: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Risk Management: Implement strategies to manage and mitigate financial risks. Financial Reporting: Produce accurate and timely financial reports. Capital Management: Optimize capital allocation, investments, and cash flow. Financial Analysis: Conduct analyses to enhance financial performance and reduce risks. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities. Cost Efficiency: Identify and implement cost-effective operational improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA or MBA preferred. 3+ years of senior finance experience, public accounting preferred. Experience in mortgage banking or related financial services preferred but will train the right individual with no prior experience. Experience with capital markets transactions a plus. Strong knowledge of accounting practices and regulatory requirements. Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
