Key Responsibilities: Implement the established change management framework to drive successful adoption of change initiatives Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives Design and execute effective communication and training strategies for smooth transitions Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field Proven experience leading change management initiatives in a fast-paced environment Design and deliver engaging training programs to support organizational initiatives Strategic thinking ability and project management skills Aptitude to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
