Help clients take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.) Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercises. Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary.Qualifications Valid CNA Certification Wiling to submit to a background check Willing to provide at least three professional references Availability to work one of the following shifts: Monday- Friday 9a to 1p and every other weekend 9a to 1p, split shift hours such as 9a to1p and 5p to 8p, 12 hour shift with 3 on 4 off rotation schedule, PRN and PT for nurses looking to work on the weekends or shifts for nurses wanting to work additional short PM hours Monday- Friday.
