Our Medication Care Partners (Med-Techs) provide direct care to our senior residents following a personalized medication and treatment plan. Support residents in their activities of daily living, by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship. Assist in monitoring the medication program. Set up and assist with self-administration of medication. Order and receive medication; Keep medication files and medical records current and up-to-date. Prioritize and provide encouragement and emotional support to the residents. Encourage and assist with participation in activity programs. If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat: Positive team player attitude and love working with people! Good verbal and written communication skills. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Must have a Medication Technician Certificate (Med-tech or Med Aide license) per state requirements. Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain. Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
