Job Offer: OTR Company Driver CDL Class A Key Highlights: Home Time : 12 days on the road, 2 full days (48 hours) at home every other weekend. 3 months of experience is a requirement Route : OTR across all 48 states, with the majority of freight east of I-35. No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs. Miles : Drivers average 2,000-2,200 miles per week (based on Hours of Service and availability). Freight : All no-touch freight . 50-60% drop & hook 40-50% live unload Equipment : 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworth trucks. Average haul length: 600+ miles. Support : 24/7 access to operations specialists, with empowered shifts for your needs. Compensation and Bonuses: Mileage Pay : 0.54 - 0.60 CPM Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour after the second hour. Layover/Breakdown Pay : $100 per day. Mileage Bonus : 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity (eligible on the 1st of the month following your hire date). Vacation Package: 1 year = 1 week 3 years = 2 weeks 7 years = 3 weeks 15 years = 4 weeksWe look forward to welcoming you on board!Orientation Site: Duncan
