Base averages $1375/week plus add performance and experience bonuses for extremely competitive compensation package! Solo Dry Van Home Time & Schedule: On the road for 7-10 days and home for two days at a time Route Info: Western United States including CA, NV, AZ, UT, CO, ID, OR & WA Level of Touch: Varies - no touch, live load/unload & drop & hook Compensation Competitive Mileage Pay and Bonuses Average Weekly Base Pay - $1,375 Experience-based bonuses (Veterans, Haxmat Endorsement, Longevity, etc.) Performance-based bonuses (Idle, Mileage, Layover, Breakdown, Referral and more) Benefits Insurance Health Dental Life & ADD 401K Referral Bonuses Paid Orientation Newer Equipment 6 Paid Holidays Sick Pay Paid Vacation Dedicated fleet manager Electronic Logs and PREPASS Pet Policy allowed from the first day Rider Policy after 3 months with company permission Two days at home at a time Equipment & Support New Automatic Trucks - Freightliners and Volvos no older than 3 years Fully Loaded - with premium interiors, ELSs, Prepass, Qualcomm, and Transflow Personal Fleet Manager - 24/7 support by dispatchers who get to know you, not your number Requirements: At least 1 year of OTR CLASS A Truck driving experience Must be 23 years or older Must have a valid/current CDL-A Must have a clean driving record (no DWI/DUI or major driving violation in the last 5 years) Hazmat Endorsement, or ability to obtain endorsement within 90 days of employment Apply Today!
