XPO is Hiring Established Team Drivers! Seeking Existing Teams Only Top Benefits Across the Industry Great Pay $90,000+ per driver $1,730+ per week, per driver! New CPM Pay: $0.91 CPM per team Home Time 5 days out, 2 days home* *Schedule could sometimes vary based on network conditions No-Touch Freight, Drop & Hook In-house freight with loads running between XPO facilities XPO's brand-new over-the-road operation exclusively provides team drivers with dedicated routes in NEW 2023 sleeper trucks. Team Drivers Receive Premium Benefits and Perks XPO Team Driver Benefits: $90,000+ per driver - that's $1,730+ per week, per driver! ew CPM Pay: $0.91 CPM per team No-touch freight, drop & hook In-house freight with loads running between XPO facilities 5 days out, 2 days home* Dedicated XPO routes No mileage cap - pick up extra runs Brand new sleeper trucks outfitted with microwaves and refrigerators Earn up to 13 PTO days per year + 6 paid holidays Full medical, dental, and vision benefits on day one of employment *Schedule could sometimes vary based on network conditions Other Great Perks & Advantages: Over 160 XPO shops and fueling stations to reduce delays Reimbursement for on-the-road showers Tool and repair kit in tractor Camaraderie of teammates and management Onsite parking for personal vehicle Driver Qualifications At least 21 years of age or older Valid Class A CDL Hold a valid DOT medical certification card or pass a company-paid DOT physical Availability to work away from home in a five-day workweek Possess hazmat, tanker and doubles/triples endorsements Must be part of an established team Safe driving record and history About XPO XPO is launching a new over-the-road operation designed exclusively for team drivers. With this opportunity, you'll have the freedom of over-the-road driving while enjoying industry-leading benefits, paid time off and the unwavering team support XPO offers. As an XPO Team, you'll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in brand new sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you'll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you'll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of 5 days on the road, followed by 2 days of well-deserved time at home. Schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions. There's no mileage cap, so if you're motivated to boost your income, you can aways opt in for more runs. At your home service center, you'll have onsite parking, the camaraderie of the XPO team and the support from your manager. Please note that we're currently seeking existing teams only.
