Unlike some driver positions, this one gives you a better idea of the number of miles and hours each week holds, which means you'll have a better idea of what to expect in every paycheck. And because you know your customers and their typical freight load, you'll never be surprised or slowed down by unusual shipments. Competitive pay: Average $1,460 per week/$75,920 annually Starting pay .60 cpm .01 cpm increase each year Average of 1,850 miles per week, with a guaranteed minimum of 1,500 miles per week Stop pay Applies after the first stop $20 per stop (non-tarp), $30 per stop (when tarping) Average 20 stops per week Detention, breakdown and layover pay (if necessary) Home daily Shifts are consistent; start at 5 a.m. and finish between 3:30-6:00 p.m.; Monday-Friday NO WEEKEND WORK! Must live within a 75-mile radius Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years Must have a Class A CDL Must be 21 years of age No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years No convictions for DUI or DWI within the past 5 years No suspensions or revocations for a moving violation within the past 5 years No serious violations within previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with a fatality) No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years Essential functions: Load freight -lift requirement: 80 lbs Unload freight - lift requirement: 80 lbs Move freight - force requirement: 54 lbs Lift and move side kits -lift requirements: 46 lbs Lift tarp - lift requirement: 110 lbs Apply and remove tarp(s) on load Secure load with chains and hardware -lift requirements: 80 lbs Climb onto and off of the flatbed trailer/load Count freight Complete fuel tickets Complete delivery receipt Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90 lbs Perform pre-trip inspections Drive Extensive travel - ability to sit upright for extended periods of time Regular predictable attendance Call us at (877) 838-XXXX or Apply Online Below!
